Refund Policy

Your Satisfaction is Our Priority
At Beatrice Boutique, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every item we offer. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. Please note that order cancellations are only accepted within 10 minutes of placing your order.

Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and sent back in the original packaging.

How to Request a Return
To begin your return, please contact us at 📧 info@beatrice-boutique.com with your order number and a short explanation. We will provide you with return instructions.
Please note: Return shipping costs are not covered by Beatrice Boutique. All returns must be sent to our fulfilment centre in Asia.


Refunds

Inspection & Approval
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you via email. You will be informed whether your refund has been approved or declined.

Processing Time
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank — processing delays are common.

Exchanges

Damaged or Faulty Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please contact us at info@beatrice-boutique.com and we’ll guide you through the process.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the return is received and approved, a gift voucher will be issued to you by email or post.
